§ 14-32. Witness fees.

Every witness subpoenaed and every witness who appears voluntarily at the written request of the city attorney who makes claim therefor at the time of appearance may receive a witness fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each session of court attended under such subpoena or request. But no city officer or employee may receive such witness fee.
