§ 27-3. Jurisdiction.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 31-15-707(1)(b), the city's jurisdiction under this chapter shall extend over the territory occupied by the city's waterworks and over the stream or source from which the water is taken for a distance of five (5) miles upstream from and/or above the point(s) at which water is diverted or impounded by the city.
