§ 24-2. Supervision by city manager.

The city manager or designee shall supervise reforestation; regulate the preservation, culture, and planting of plants on city property; prune, spray, cultivate and otherwise maintain such plants; trim or direct the time and method of trimming such plants; and take such measures as the manager deems necessary to prevent, control, and exterminate weeds, insects, and other pests and plant diseases.
