§ 24-3. Planting in public areas.

(a)

No person shall plant in or remove from any city property any plant without first obtaining written permission from the city manager to do so.

(b)

A property owner may plant trees along the streets of the city, fronting on such person's property, between the edge of the roadway and that person's property line if the person plants the trees of the species, in the places, and in the manner designated by the city manager or designee.
